From Storm Team 2 Chief Meteorologist Rob Fowler

Today’s Weather was a pretty good indication of what we can expect over the next few days, as an upper level Low pressure remains over the SE, which means rain chances and below average temperatures for this coming work week.

Expect another day of periods of rain, with embedded thunderstorms. Because of the clouds and rainfall, temps will most likely stay in the mid 80’s, or about 5 degrees below normal.

Overnight temperatures will fall each day to the low 70s for most.

In addition to the rainfall here, we are also tracking the 2nd named storm of the season, as Tropical Storm Bret formed late today.
